Senate Feby 20th. 1824.-

[Bills] Bill additional to the act for the relief of Poor Debtors, was recommitted to the committee on Bills in the 2d reading.-

A message was received from the House requesting the Senate to send down the Bill additional to an act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State; and the Bill was sent down.-

Bill respecting indorsement of writs, was read again and passed to be engrossed with amendments : sent down for concurrence.-

[Resolve] Resolve appropriators money for the support of the State Prison,

[Bills] Bill additional to an act for the regulation of Inn holders, Retailers & common Victuallers and Bill additional to an act for providing and regulating Prisons: were severally read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence.-

Bill additional to an act concerning foreign attachment, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.-

Bill additional to an act to organize, govern and discipline, the Militia of this State, came up, and the House infinitely postpone the same : The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Bill to be engrossed, nonconcur the House in the postponement of the same, adopt an amendment by striking out the 8th Section, and now pass the Bill to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-
