Petition of Isaac Hodgdon and others that sentence of a Court Martial passed on Lt. John Reynalds may be reversed, committed in the House to the Committee on Militia &c. came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

Order of the House that the Committee on Literature &c. consider the expediency of amending the laws respecting the education of youth, and report by bill or otherwise, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.
