Mr. Dunlap from the committee to whom was referred the returns of votes from the County of York, relative to the location of the Judicial Courts and County Offices &c. in said County, reported that it is inexpedient to take any further order thereon: Read, and amended so as to authorize a Bill to be brought in, locating the Courts and County Offices, according to the vote taken in September last; the question was then taken by yeas and nays on the acceptance of the Report as amended, and decided in the affirmative as follow Yeas Messrs. Scammon, Parsons of Y. Prime, Parsons of L. Green, Stebbins, Shepard, Fairbanks, Southwick, Lord and Campbell. – Eleven – 11. Nays Messrs. Dunlap, Dunn, Churchill, Whitney, Holland, Ripley, Parlin & Kelsey, - Eight - 8. Report sent down for concurrence. -
