Bill to incorporate the Commercial Bank,” severally came up with amendments; and the Senate so far reconsider their former votes as to concur the House in a part of their amendments, nonconcur them in others; adopt further amendments in the Bills, and now pass the same to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence. -
