As a regular annual Inspection of the Militia will have a tendency to excite in both Officers and Men a laudable emulation to excel in Discipline and in useful military knowledge, the Commander in chief orders the Inspector general to inspect (by himself on the Deputy inspections) some time in the present year, the several regiments and corps in each of the Divisions of this Commonwealth.
