[Resolve]

Resolve in favor of Thomas Cobb,” and

Resolve in favor of Samuel Call,” came up with amendments: The Senate nonconcur the House in their amendments, and insist upon their former votes by which they passed the same to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence. -

Resolve in favor of Plantation No. 1, Range 7th in the County of Penobscot,” passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read once and committed to Messrs. Kelsey, Dunlap and Prime. -

[Order concerning Committees]

On motion of Mr. Stebbins, Ordered that the Legislature have but one session a day untill [until] after saturday next, that the joint Committees, except the committee on accounts, may close their reports, and that afterwards they be discharged from giving to petitioners any further hearing: sent down for concurrence: nonconcurred.

[Resolves]

Resolve on petition of E.H. Lombard,” and Resolve on petition of Giles H. Hawes,” were read a 2d. time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. -

[Messages]

A message was received from the House informing that they had amended the engrossed Resolve in favor of Heman Nye;” The Senate noncuncur the House therein, insist upon their former votes, and send a message to the House informing them of the same. -

On
