On motion by Mr. Butman Ordered the Committee on State Lands be instructed to ascertain what amount of timber has been sold under the Resolve of February 17. 1826 – the manner and conditions upon which said timber was sold, and that they be further instructed to ascertain so far as is practicable, the amount of the outstanding accounts in relation to the Land Agents Department, which are not included in the Auditors Report upon said Agents account, and likewise to go into a full examination of the Auditor’s report and ascertain if the same be correct. Sent down for concurrence  Concurred
