[Message of the Governor – proceedings relative to public Lands] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table a written message from the Governor accompanied by copies of proceedings relative to the public lands by the Commissioners appointed under the Act of separation, and the same was read and with the accompanying Documents referred to the Committee on State Lands.
