[Bills read once]

Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Congregational fund in Kennebunk Port, Bill additional to an act concerning the assessment and collection of taxes, Bill directing the mode and time of making returns of the several incorporated Banks in this State, and Resolve correcting the valuation of Washington and Somerset Counties, were severally read once and committed, and monday next at ten oclock assigned for their second reading. -

Bill additional to an act establishing a Supreme Judicial Court within the State, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, sent down for concurrence. -

[Resolve respecting State lands recommitted]

Resolve respecting State lands, came up and the House reconsider their vote by which they passed the Resolve, and commit it to the committee on State lands: And the Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Resolve, and concur with the House in the commitment of the same. -
