Edmund Greenleaf, will meet at Randall's Tavern in Hallowell, on Monday the 18. day of February instant, at three o'clock in the afternoon, to elect a Captain and such other Officers as may be requisite in the Company of Artillery aforesaid, agreeably to the Militia law. Major Fillebrown will please to preside, and make return to the Brigade-Major, of the persons elected.
