A communication was received from Amos Nichols Esquire Secretary of State transmitting the several Banks Returns made to his office since the meeting of the last Legislature and 300 Copies were ordered to be printed in concurrence with the Senate.

Petition of Isaac Hodson & als for the reversal of the sentence of a Court Martial passed upon Lt John Reynolds, was read & referred to the committee on Militia & Military affairs. Sent up for concurrence
Resolve respecting depredations on the public lands, being reported with amendments which were adopted, passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
