On motion by Mr. Megquier Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of authorizing by Law any Judge of any Court of record in vacation to take proof of deeds and also the expediency of authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to grant reviews of judgements rendered upon petition for partition with leave to report by bill or otherwise s.d.f.c.  concurred
