Have the judiciary directly expounded the Laws and preserved inviolate the right of jurors, parties, and witnesses & has every citation received from all the public functionaries the attention and respect due his merits and his character as a man and as a republican & it is believe that these questions must be answered favorably but if not both offices and systems in the nay of reform mill require the corrective application of your constitutional power it
