On motion by Mr. Kavanagh, Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire what alterations, if any, it would be expedient to make in an Act entitled an Act to enable the Proprietors of Social, Military and Law Libraries to manage the same with leave to report by bill or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence. cond.

Hathaway, Cutler and Balkam and 200 copies were ordered to be printed for the use of the Senate.
