Bill to incorporate Dearborn Academy was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. The Yeas and Nays were ordered and stood as follows - Yeas Messrs. Dennett, Sweat, Emery, Kavanagh, Richardson, Miller, Herrick, Shaw, Balkam, Williams, Cushman and Weston; 12 Nays Messrs.
