An order came from the Senate for concurrence, appointing Messrs Kingsbury & Page with such as the House may join a committee to report the time, place and manner to be prescribed by the Legislature of this State in making choice of two Senators from this State in the Congress of the United States - and the House concurred and Messrs Adams of Portland, Emerson of York, & Jewett of Bowdoinham were joined.
