Bill - to set off a part of township number one in the second range, and annex the same to the town of Concord, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
On motion of Mr. Harvey of Carmel Ordered That Messrs Harvey of Carmel, Cummings of Paris & Witt of Washington be a committee together with such as the Senate may join, with instructions to inquire what further provision is necessary to be made for improving the condition of our primary schools, with leave &c - read & passed.
