  Ordered, That the committee on the Militia & Military Affairs be instructed to inquire as to the expediency of making an appropriation for supplying the members of the Thomaston and Warren Artillery Company with two additional field pieces, provided the Governor and Council shall deem it expedient to divide said company - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
