The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve – in favor of the Cony Female Academy - - respecting a bridge between Kittery & the Navy Yard Island in Piscataqua River - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Messrs Lord of Kennebunkport & Wingate of Bath were appointed on the committee on Bills in the third reading instead of Mr Eveleth of Windham and Benson of China who have obtained leave of absence.
