Bill additional to the several acts now in force securing to owners their property in Logs, masts, spars & other timber, was returned by the committee to whom the same was referred & then on motion committed to Messrs. Clark of Hallowell, Herrick of Lewiston, Sylvester of Harpswell, Little of Castine, Vance of Baring, Frost of Bethel, Gower of Abbot, Merrill of Frankfort, Appleton of York & Bartlett of Garland.
