Bill - to prevent foreigners from exercising acts of jurisdiction within this State by serving civil or criminal process, reported by the committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Northeastern Boundary, was ordered to be printed together with the report of the committee -
On motion of Mr Bradbury of Hollis Ordered, that Messrs Bradbury of Hollis, Currier of Windsor, & Allen of Hope be a committee to consider the expediency of increasing the rations now provided by law to be furnished to the members of Militia Companies on days of inspection & review. - read & passed.
