[1824] [January 20] incorporation of a new town by the name of Fairland;

[Petitions referred] Petition of John F. Weymouth and others to have the name of the town of Warsaw changed; Petition of Martin Sidelinger and others that a part of the town of Waldoborough may be annexed to the town of Union; and

[Remonstrances] Remonstrance of Eden against the Petition of Belfast for a new County; Remonstrance of John Hall and others against division of the town of Waldoborough; Remonstrance of Benjamin Buzzell and others against Petition of Frankfort to be annexed to Monroe; Remonstrance of Joseph Carr and others against Petition of Bowdoin and Litchfield for a new town; Remonstrance of Litchfield against Petition for a new town; Remonstrance of Benjamin Ward Jr. against annexation of part of Frankfort to Monroe; Remonstrance of Bowdoin against Petition of Smith Baker and others for division of said town; and Remonstrance of Benjamin Leavitt and others against Petition of John Moore and others; and they were severally read and referred to the same Committee, in concurrence with the House.
