[Petitions referred]
to increase their Capital Stock, was read and referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
Petition of the Selectmen of Sangerville to have their doings made valid, was read and referred to the Committee on New Trials. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
Petition of Foxcroft Academy for Legislative aid, was read and referred to the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
Petition of Benj. Gray and others to be set off from the town of Sedgwick and annexed to the town of Bluehill;
Petition of John Douglass and others of No 11 in Washington County to be incorporated into a new town; and
Petition of James Parker and others of Litchfield, that part of said town may be annexed to Hallowell, referred in the House to the Committee on towns, came up for concurrence, were read and concurred.
