[Pet. Sam Winters & al referred] Petition of Samuel Winter and others, that the Court of Sessions for the court of Lincoln may be authorized to lay out a road across the tide water of New Meadows River was referred in concurrence to the Committee on the Judiciary.
[Order respecting Land Agents] Order of the House of Representatives that the Committee on State Lands, inquire whether there are any Agents that have not rendered an account of their agency and whether they hold property belonging to the State unaccounted for and report by bill or otherwise was read and passed in concurrence.
