Petition of Nathaniel Smith & als & report thereon, taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down, was read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Rueben Buck & al & report thereon, taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down, was read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Emery & als referred in the House on the 24th instant to the committee on the Judiciary, came from the Senate non-concurred & referred to the committee on Manufactures for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report, on the petitions of Cyrus Hall & Josiah Cross Henry Stephenson & al William Buxton & als Moses Little & als granting leave to withdraw, were severally read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
