Bill to ascertain the number and description of persons within this State, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature agreeably to the recommendation contained in the report of their conferees. The House accept the report of their Conferees recommending an adherence to their vote referring this Bill to the next Legislature.

Bill establishing the fees for culling and packing Mackerel, came again from the Senate, that body having accepted the report of their Conferees recommending them to adhere to their vote referring this Bill to the next Legislature - The House accept the report of their Conferees recommending them to recede and concur with the Senate

Resolve respecting roads, & bridges in Patricktown Plantation came from the Senate, that body having passed the same to be engrossed as amended, agreeably to the recommendation of their conferees. The House agreeably to the recommendation of their conferees so far recede from their vote as to pass the Resolve to be engrossed as amended in concurrence with the Senate.
