[Resolve in favor of the late Warden of the State Prison] Resolve making an appropriation for the late Warden of the State Prison and for other purposes a motion was made to strike out the first Resolve which appropriated two thousand Dollars and decided in the negative by yeas and nays as follows Yeas Messrs Cushman, Emerson, French, Kingsbury, Page, Phelps, Ricker and Witham. 8 Nays Messrs.
