[Bill concerning Highways referred] Bill additional to an Act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of highways was read a second time and referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill authorizing Bangor to regulate the Harbor] Mr. Kingsbury from the committee on the Judiciary on order of January 31st report a Bill to authorize the town of Bangor to regulate the harbor in that town.
