In obedience to the Order of the Senate of the twenty eighth instant, I herewith communicate a copy of the Report made by the Board of Officers appointed pursuant to the Act entitled an act making further provisions concerning the Militia passed the twenty third day of February last. Council Chamber, Enoch Lincoln January 30th. 1829.
To the President of the Senate.
In compliance with the order of the Senate of the 20th instant, requesting the Report of Jonathan Thayer & Timothy Pilsbury a committee to examine the State Prison, I have the honor to transmit the accompanying papers.
