[Communication from Governor relative to Massachusetts Claim] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table a written communication from the Governor, enclosing a letter from the Secretary pf State of Massachusetts, with a copy of the Report and Resolves relating to the Massachusetts Claim on the General Government: the communication was read and referred with the accompanying documents to the Joint Committee to whom was referred so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Massachusetts claim. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
