Whitney & al] The same Gentleman, from the same Committee, on the Petition of Joseph Whitney & others, praying that their act of Incorporation may be extended two years to enable them to accomplish a Sluice way, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition. The Report was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Pet. of D.T. Perley] Mr. Hutchinson, from the Joint standing Committee on Claims, on the Petition of Daniel T. Perley, made a Report, which, on motion, was ordered to lie on the table. [Pet. of Selectmen of Abbot] The same Gentleman, from the same Committee, on the Petition of the Selectmen of Abbot, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition.
