The Bill entitled "An act to incorporate the town of Acton" came up, having in the House, passed to be Engrossed as amended, for concurrence: The Senate so far receded from their former vote as to adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and then passed the said Bill to be Engrossed, as thus amended, in concurrence.
