Records of Justices of the Peace] The same Gentleman from the same Committee, on an order of 24th February 1830 instructing them to inquire into the expediency of repealing or altering "An act making further provision concerning records of Justices of the Peace" reported a Bill entitled "An act to repeal part of an act making further provision concerning records of Justices of the Peace" which was read the first time and tomorrow at ten o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading. [Pet. of James B. Doyle & als] Mr. Gardner, from the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of Towns, on the Petition of James B. Doyle and others, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition. The report was read and accepted. Set down for concurrence. Concurred. [Notice ordered on Petitions of R.K.
