[report on petition] Mr. Wheeler from the committee on petition of John Noyes and als. reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus printed in Portland three weeks successively, the last publication to be thirty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

[Bill] Bill respecting the indorsement on writs, came up with amendments in a new-draft : the Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Bill to be engrossed and commit the same to Messrs Dennett, Anderson and Read.-

[Report] Mr. Wheeler from the committee on an order to enquire what provision of law is necessary to prevent trespass on Ministerial and School lands, reported that they be discharged from any further consideration of the subject : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.
