The Bill entitled "an act to establish the Bucksport and Prospect Ferry Company" came up. having passed to be Engrossed as amended, for concurrence. The Senate so far receded from their former vote as to agree to the amendments proposed by the House, and passed the said Bill to be Engrossed as thus amended, in concurrence.
On motion by Mr Phelps; ordered, that when the Senate adjourn they adjourn to three o'clock this afternoon.

The Bill entitled "an act additional to an act to incorporate the Trustees of the Methodist Society in Portland" which had passed both Houses to be Engrossed, came up, having passed the House to be Enacted. The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported that the Bill as Engrossed had not been truly copied from the original: the Senate needed from their vote whereby they passed the original Bill to be Engrossed, amended the same and ordered the same to be Reengrossed as amended.
