[Resolve relating to the fortifying the Penobscot River] Mr. Hilton from the Committee on the Militia and Military affairs on that part of the Governor's Speech relating to fortifications on the Penobscot River, reported Resolve relating to fortifying the Penobscot River and the same was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
