Bill making valid the Acts and Resolves, passed by the Legislature of the year eighteen hundred and thirty and for other purposes, was read a first and second time, and it was moved to assign Monday next at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for the further consideration of the same - and the question upon assigning that day was decided in the negative by Yeas and Nays as follows, Yeas 60. Nays 78 - and on motion Thursday next at 11 o'clock in the forenoon was assigned for a third reading of the Bill - and in the mean time it was ordered that 200 copies of said Bill and the Report accompanying the same be printed for the use of this House.
