Report on Jeremiah Crosby (Guardian) petition - - Allen Gilman’s petition - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence –and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Robert Rogers & als, granting leave for a bill – came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of repealing the proviso in the Resolve passed February 20th 1826 for repairing & completing the State road from Baring to Houlton plantation near Baskahegan, that it is not expedient to repeal said proviso, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House recommitted the report. Sent up for concurrence

Reports on the petitions of Davis Wasgatt & others - - William Lowell Junior - referring the subject to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Elias Berry & als - Emmons Kingsbury, granting an order of Notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.

The Committee on the Governors Message of 22d Janry last, reported that the copies of the Maps & plans accompanying communication be deposited in the Land office to be there preserved & the copies of the proceedings of the Commissioners be deposited in the office of Secretary of State – and the House accepted the same
