The petition of the town of Cushing for separate representation and the Petition of the Town of Georgetown for the same privilege, were severally read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the apportionment of Representatives in concurrence.
 
The petition of Joseph Lumbard Jr and Samuel Osgood, that a Gun house may be erected at Bath, was read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the Militia in concurrence.
