The Joint select Committee to to [sic] whom was referred the Report of A.B. Thompson Treasurer of State made a report which came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Communication from the Clerk of the Courts in Cumberland County in compliance with an order of the 9th instant - __ from the clerks of the County in Waldo County in compliance with an order of the 13th instant - were severally read and referred to the select Committee of this House who have that subject under consideration.
An Additional Resolve relating to the Matanawcook Road came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft and amended on sheet annexed marked B. which was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock was assigned for a second reading.
