On motion of Mr Ingalls, Ordered, that a message be sent to the House of Representatives, proposing a convention of the two Houses of the Legislature in the Representatives' Chamber, forthwith, for the purpose of administering the necessary oaths tp Allen H. Cobb, Hezekiah Prince, Alfred Peirce, and Samuel P. Strickland Counsellors elect, which message was delivered by the Secretary.
A message was received from the House of Representatives concurring in the foregoing proposition.
