[Nays.] Nays. Messrs. Dole, Drummond, Dunlap, Fuller, Goodwin, Hall, Hutchings, Hinds, Pike, Steele and Sweat. 11 Said Bill was then ordered to be engrossed as thus amended, and a message was sent to the House of Representatives informing them thereof.
