The House reconsider the vote whereby they passed to be engrossed, Resolve in favor of John G. Deane and Resolve in favor of Edward Kavanagh and refer the same to a select committee of the House consisting of Messrs. Lake, McCrate and Newell.
Bill relative to fees taxed in Courts of Justices of the Peace, was read a second time and tomorrow at nine o'clock assigned for a second reading.
