An order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing that Messrs. Hunton, Emerson and Thayer with such as the House may join, be a committee to wait on the Governor and him that the two Houses have passed upon all the business now before them and are ready to adjourn without day and to inquire if he has any further communication to make to them and the House concurred and Messrs.
