[Message from the Govr.] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table a written message from the Governor, transmitting the report of the Adjutant General, which was read and with accompanying documents referred to the Joint standing committee on the Militia. Sent down for concurrence - concurred.

[An Act to Incorporate the town of Bradford.] An Act to incorporate the Town of Bradford was read a second time, and referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent down for concurrence.

[Order.] Order from the House of Representatives instructing the committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of providing by law that all actions of trespass and trespass on the case for tort, except for injuries to the person and reputation shall survive in favour of and against administrators and executors - Read and passed in concurrence.

[Communication from Land Agent.] A communication was received from the Land Agent, transmitting a report of the quantity of land which has been divided between Maine and Massachusetts, and now remaining the property of this State, read, and ordered that 400 copies of said report be printed for the use of the Legislature in concurrence.
