117 Message from the Governor To the Senate and House of Representatives I herewith communicate for your information the Report of the Commissioners appointed to examine the doings of the several incorporated Banks in the State - and also the Report of the Inspectors of the State Prison. Council Chamber Jany. 22. 1833 Samuel E. Smith - Which Message came from the Senate, was read and sent up. The Report of the Bank Commissioners referred to in the foregoing Message, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking and three hundred copies ordered to be printed - and - The Report of the Inspectors of the State Prison came from the Senate, referred to the Committee on the State Prison - each for concurrence, and the House concurred - sent up.
On motion for Mr. Came - Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of amending and embodying into one Act the several Acts and parts of Acts relating to fences, field drivers and impounding of cattle with leave to report by bill or otherwise - Read and passed sent up for concurrence.
