244 House amended. The Senate reconsider their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.
The select committee to which was committed Resolve in favour of William Vance, reported that said Resolve ought not to pass, and the same was indefinitely postponed, of which the House of Representatives was informed by message.
The committee on engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve in favour of Asaph R. Nichols, and the same was finally passed.
