Order from the House appointing Messrs. Sproul of Waldoboro Todd of Georgetown and Cartland of Jefferson a Committee with such as the Senate may join to take into consideration the expediency of providing by law for the choice of a Harbour Master in the town of Waldoborough and regulating the powers of the same, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise.
