Resolve in favor of Charles Miller and Charles C Glidden was read and indefinitely postponed.
Resolve - additional respecting the Canad road - laid on the table by Mr. Smith of Portland was read first and second time and passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence -
The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed - Bill revoking the Charter of the Kennebunk Bank - - authorizing the Selectmen of the Town of Bangor to appoint a corps of Fire Enginemen. - to incorporate the town of Blanchard - which were severally passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence.
The same Committee also report as duly engrossed - Resolve - in aid of the Deaf and Dumb - which was finally passed - sent up for concurrence.
Ordered - that Messrs. Parks of Bangor Morrill of Sidney and Herrick of Alfred be a Committee with such as the Senate may join to ascertain what further business it may be necessary to act upon the present session and when the Legislature may have a recess - sent up for concurrence.
Ordered - that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire in to the expediency of having an Auditor appointed for each County to marriage the prudential Owners thereof - also the expediency of making provision by law for an appeal from the doings of County Commissioners in
