On motion of Mr Knowlton, the Senate dispense with the Rules and Orders, so far as to reconsider the vote accepting the Report of the Committee on the petition of Inhabitants of St. Albans, and the same was referred to the joint Standing Committee on Division of towns. Sent down for concurrence.
